Viacom International Media Networks (VIMN) and Virgin Media have pacted together to bring the Nick Play mobile streaming app to the UK. As of today, Virgin Media customers who subscribe to Nickelodeon channels, will have free access to the Nick Play VOD mobile app.
Via the app, said customers will be able to unlock and watch a wide selection of Nickelodeon content on-demand, including full-length episodes and short form content. Launch titled include The Thundermans, Hunter Street, Henry Danger, SpongeBob SquarePants and Pig, Goat, Banana, Cricket.
Nick Play marks the first of Viacom’s channel branded VOD apps to launch in the UK. It is part of Viacom’s wider suite of channel branded mobile applications for its core global brands, giving audiences direct access to a VOD content library and market-by-market short form originals
