Netflix Sets UK Premiere Date For '13 Reasons Why' Season 2 – TVWise

The second season of 13 Reasons Why will premiere on Netflix UK on Friday May 18th, it has been announced.
13 Reasons Why follows teenager Clay Jensen as he returns home from school to find a mysterious box with his name on it lying on his porch. Inside he discovers cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker – his classmate and crush – who tragically committed suicide two weeks earlier.
The drama series, which is based on the best-selling books by Jay Asher, is produced by Paramount Television and stars Dylan Minnette, Katherine Langford, Kate Walsh, Brian D’Arcy James, Derek Luke, Miles Heizer, Brandon Flynn, Justin Prentice, Alisha Boe, Christian Navarro and Tommy Dorfman.
The show’s thirteen episode second season picks up in the aftermath of Hannah’s death and the start of our characters’ complicated journeys toward healing and recovery. Liberty High prepares to go on trial, but someone will stop at nothing to keep the truth surrounding Hannah’s death concealed. A series of ominous polaroids lead Clay and his classmates to uncover a sickening secret and a conspiracy to cover it up.
