The second season of Timeless will receive its UK premiere on E4 on Wednesday April 4th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Timeless follows a group of unlikely heroes thrust into the adventure of their lives as the chase a mysterious group of criminals through time. Encountering some of the most seminal moments in history, the group attempts to thwart a dark conspiracy that is a threat to all of humanity. The drama series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and stars Abigail Spencer, Matt Lanter, Malcolm Barrett, Goran Visnjic, Sakina Jaffrey, Paterson Joseph and Claudia Doumit.
In the show’s second season, Rufus, Wyatt and Lucy find an unlikely ally in their quest to ruin Rittenhouse, a deadly organization with plans to change history and reshape reality — even though Lucy’s family has been a part of Rittenhouse for centuries. Still making every effort not to affect the past themselves, they will visit 1692, 1917, 1941, 1981 and more. We’ll be introduced to the likes of Marie Curie, Hedy Lamarr, William Randolph Hearst and a multitude of other influential people throughout history.
