Amazon Prime Video Sets UK Premiere Date For 'Hap & Leonard' Season 3 – TVWise

The third season of SundanceTV’s Hap & Leonard will receive its UK premiere on Amazon Prime Video UK on Wednesday March 7th, it has been announced.
New episodes will then continue to made available to UK Prime subscribers every Wednesday, less than 24 hours after they initially air on SundanceTV in the United States.
Hap & Leonard follows two lifelong best friends: Hap Collins, an East Texas white guy with a weakness for Southern women, and Leonard Pine, a gay, black Vietnam vet with a hot temper. Each season the duo solves a new mystery. The drama series is produced by AMC Studios and stars James Purefoy (The Following, Episodes), Michael Kenneth Williams (The Wire, When We Rise), Tiffany Mack (Timeless, iZombie) and Cranston Johnson (Atlanta, Find a Way). This season’s guest cast includes Louis Gossett Jr., Corbin Bernsen, Andrew Dice Clay, Laura Allen and Curtis Harding.
The show’s third season, subtitled The Two-Bear Mambo, is set once again in East Texas just before Christmas of 1989 and Hap and Leonard scramble to locate Florida Grange, who has gone missing in the Klan-infested town of Grovetown. Once again at the center of an impending storm of Biblical proportion, Hap and Leonard find themselves at odds with a cast of characters so tough they could chew the bumper off a pickup truck, including a possibly corrupt sheriff, and the leader of the Caucasian Knights. The boys learn that the good guys don’t always win, and nobody beats Mother Nature.
