Fox is adding to the cast of Sleepy Hollow. Jeremy Davies, who is arguably best known for his Emmy award winning role as Dickie Bennett on FX’s Justified, has been tapped for a recurring role on the fourth season of the genre series.
Per TVLine, Davies will recur on the new season as the “big bad”, playing the part of Malcolm Dreyfuss. Described as eccentric and outspoken, he is a self made billionaire and represents capitalism gone awry – a perversion of the American dream that Crane and the Founding Fathers fought so hard to establish.
Sleepy Hollow is undergoing a number of creative changes as it heads into its fourth season. In addition to the setting being changed from New York to Washington DC, this will also be the first season without original co-star Nicole Beharie, who exited in the season three finale. Returning cast members include Tom Mison and Lyndie Greenwood; while Janina Gavankar recently joined the cast as Diana, a U.S. Secret Service agent.
