The CW’s The Vampire Diaries will return to ITV2 to finish airing its seventh season from Wednesday June 8th at 10pm, it has been announced.
Based on the book series by LJ Smith, The Vampire Diaries tells the story of two vampire brothers, obsessed with the same girl, in a small town where supernatural beings live in secret amongst its residents. The drama series is produced by CBS Television Studios & Warner Bros. Television and stars Ian Somerhalder, Paul Wesley, Steven R. McQueen, Kat Graham, Candice Accola, Matthew Davis, Michael Malarkey, Zach Roerig and Michael Trevino.
In the next new episode, titled Cold As Ice, with the holidays in full swing, a search for Julian leads Damon and Stefan to a small town outside of Mystic Falls. Elswhere, while managing a holiday toy drive at Whitmore College, Bonnie seeks help from Nora and the two strike up an unlikely friendship; and Caroline does her best to navigate her new life as a pregnant vampire, while Alaric grows concerned that the pregnancy is effecting her more than she’s letting on. Finally, after finding himself at odds with Damon, Stefan is forced to take matters into his own hands, setting off a tragic chain of events that leaves their lives changed forever.
