Sky1’s newest original comedy series After Hours will premiere on Monday November 2nd at 9:30pm, it has been announced.
After Hours follows Willow Hannigan, an 18 year old who has just had his heart broken. With most of his friends having left for university, the only thing keeping Willow sane is his best friend Chris and listening to local internet radio show After Hours, which is broadcast from a canal boat.
The six-part series was created by Molly Naylor & John Osborne and stars newcomer James Tarpey, Ardal O’Hanlon, Jaime Winstone, Fergus Van Gelder, Rob Kendrick, Susan Cookson and John Thomson. Jellylegs Productions are producing with Sky’s former Head of Comedy Lucy Lumsden, Lucy Ansbro and Craig Cash serving as the executive producers. Craig Cash also directed the comedy series.
