The third season of Fox’s drama series Sleepy Hollow will receive its UK premiere on Universal Channel on Thursday October 22nd at 9pm, it has been announced.
Created by Alex Kurtzman and Bob Orci, Sleepy Hollow is based on The Legend of the Sleepy Hollow and follows Ichabod Crane as he partners with Sleepy Hollow’s local female sheriff to solve the mysteries of a town ravaged by the battle between good and evil. The drama series is produced by 20th Century Fox Television & K/O Paper Products and stars Tom Mison, Orlando Jones, Katia Winter, Nicole Beharie, Lyndie Greenwood and John Noble.
The show’s third season is poised to be one of change with The Glades creator Clifton Campbell taking over as showrunner, while original cast member Orlando Jones is no longer part of the main cast. Meanwhile, cast additions include Nikki Reed as Betsy Ross and Shannyn Sossamon as Pandora. Recurring players Lance Gross and Zach Appelman have also been upped to regulars for season 3.
