NCIS: New Orleans will return to Channel 5 to finish airing its first season from Friday September 25th at 9pm, it has been announced.
NCIS: New Orleans is set in the NCIS New Orleans field office, which handles cases from Pensacola through Mississippi and Louisiana to the Texas panhandle. The drama is produced by CBS Television Studios and stars Scott Bakula (Star Trek: Enterprise, Men Of A Certain Age), CCH Pounder (Warehouse 13, Sons Of Anarchy), Zoe McLellan (JAG, Dirty Sexy Money) and Lucas Black (Fast & Furious). The executive producers are Gary Glasberg, Mark Harmon, Jeffery Lieber and James Hayman.
In the next new episode, titled The Walking Dead, a Navy Lieutenant Commander in impeccable shape turns to Pride and the NCIS team to solve his imminent murder after discovering he has been poisoned with a lethal dose of radiation CBS has already renewed NCIS: New Orleans for a second season, which is expected to air on Channel 5 in 2016.
