TNT Orders Drama Pilot For Blake Crouch Adaptation Good Behaviour, Michelle Dockery To Star – TVWise

TNT has handed out a pilot order to Good Behaviour, an hour-long drama series based on Blake Crouch’s Letty Dobesh book series, which is being shepherded by Chad Hodge – the writer/EP who successfully turned Hodge’s Wayward Pines into a ratings winning event series for Fox. Michelle Dockery is attached to star, in what will be her first-post Downton Abbey TV role.
Good Behaviour follows Letty Dobesh (Michelle Dockery), a thief and con-artist whose life is always one wrong turn, one bad decision from implosion — which is just how she likes it. Fresh out of prison, Letty is attempting to stay afloat — but when she overhears a hitman being hired to kill a man’s wife, she sets out to derail the job, setting her on a collision course with the killer and entangling them in a dangerous and seductive relationship.
Chad Hodge is penning the script for the project, marking the third Blake Crouch property he has adapted for television following Wayward Pines and Abandon (which is in development at USA Network). Good Behaviour is being produced in-house by TNT Originals. The executive producers are Blake Crouch and Chad Hodge. No word on who is in the frame to direct the hour-long pilot.
Good Behaviour is the fourth drama to score a pilot order at TNT in recent months. Other projects on the network’s development slate include Lumen, from Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television, TNT Originals and ABC’s boutique division ABC Signature; superhero drama Titans, from DC Comics and Warner Horizon Television; and their Untitled Drug Trade Drama from Michael Bay and Jerry Bruckheimer.
