The CW is the latest of the five broadcast networks to set premiere date for their Fall line-up. Sticking with a strategy pioneered by Mark Pedowitz when he came to the network a few years ago, The CW is avoiding traditional premiere week and is instead launching their entire line-up in October.

The Flash, which holds the record as the network’s highest rated series, will kick off its second season on Tuesday October 6th at 8pm, leading into the second season of Rose McIver fronted Zombie drama iZombie at 9pm. The following day sees the premiere of Arrow’s fourth season at 8pm, with Superantural’s eleventh season following at 9pm.

Thursday October 8th sees The CW launch their Julie Plec Vampire block, with the seventh season of The Vampire Diaries (sans Nina Dobrev) kicking off at 8pm, leading into the third season of spin-off series The Originals at 9pm. Meanwhile, the third season of period drama Reign is set to debut on Friday October 9th at 8pm.

Finally, freshman series Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, which was originally developed for Showtime and has the distinction of being the only of the network’s three new series to get a fall berth, will premiere on Monday October 19th at 8pm. The second season of Jane The Virgin will follow close behind at 9pm.
