CBS is the first of the five broadcast networks to set premiere dates for their Fall line-up. The network is sticking with tradition in launching the vast majority of their line-up during the traditional premiere week in late September, while the two-hour CSI finale will air on September 27th and Supergirl, which had been slotted to debut in November, will now premiere in October.

The network’s Fall schedule kicks off on September 17th with Thursday night football. The Big Bang Theory, Life In Pieces, Scorpion and NCIS: Los Angeles premiere on Monday September 21st; NCIS, NCIS: New Orleans and Limitless debut on Tuesday September 22nd; while Friday September 25th sees Hawaii Five-0 and Blue Bloods kick off their sixth seasons.

Debuting during the final days of September is Criminal Minds and medical drama Code Black, both of which are pencilled in for September 30th premieres. Owing to the CSI finale, the Sunday night block of Madam Secretary, The Good Wife and CSI: Cyber launch later than usual on October 4th.

Mondays are set for something of a shakeup on October 26th, when Life In Pieces and NCIS: Los Angeles will go on a brief hiatus, with Supergirl assuming the 8:30pm time-slot, before eventually moving to its regular Monday night 8pm time-slot the following week. That same week will see the launch of the network’s Thursday night line-up, consisting of The Big Bang Theory, Life In Pieces, Mom, Angel From Hell and Elementary.
