USA Network's 'Suits' Adds John Pyper-Ferguson In Recurring Role – TVWise

Alphas alum John Pyper-Ferguson has been tapped for a “major recurring role” on the upcoming fifth season of USA Network’s legal dramedy Suits, TVWise has confirmed.
John Pyper-Ferguson, who also plays Tex Nolan on TNT’s The Last Ship, will play Jack, a partner at Pearson Specter Litt who has recently been appointed as the new head of the Compensation Committee. He will also have to deal with the on-going power struggle between Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman). Deadline first reported the casting.
He is the latest actor to board the fifth season of Suits in a recurring role. Also set to appear in the upcoming season is Christina Cole. She plays Dr. Paula Agard, a Harvard-educated psychiatrist specializing in high-end corporate consulting who is a potential love interest for Harvey.
Set to premiere on June 24th, The fifth season of Suits opens after Pearson Specter Litt has scored a hard-fought victory, but the fight has left the firm shaken. Although she avoided jail time, Donna (Sarah Rafferty) has left Harvey (Gabriel Macht), after more than a decade of working together. She is now working for his long-time rival Louis (Rick Hoffman).
