First Images: CBS’ New Shows For 2015–2016 Season

TVWise continues our Upfronts coverage with a first look image gallery of the new shows that CBS’ has ordered for the 2015–2016 season.

As always, its more or less steady as she goes at CBS. The network had a strong 2014-2015 season and wound up renewing the vast majority of their line-up. There was one surprise cancellation in sophomore series The Millers, but that was largely offset by the successful launch of new comedy The Odd Couple.

Beyond closing the book on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation with a two-hour TV movie, CBS also has some of most eagerly anticipated new dramas on their just announced 2015-2016 schedule, including feature film reboot Rush Hour, new DC comic entry Supergirl and Criminal Minds spin-0ff Beyond Borders.

CBS has picked up a total of seven new series for next season, most of which are being benched until midseason. Of those seven, five are dramas (Code Black, Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders, Limitless, Rush Hour and Supergirl), while two are comedies (Angel From Hell and Life In Pieces).

The network has now released the first images from a number of their seven new series, which you can check out in the gallery below. Also include in the gallery is first look images from new Summer series Zoo, which is based on the James Patterson novel of the same name.
