TNT has firmed up their Summer schedule.
The Turner owned network, now under the direction of former Fox Chairman of Entertainment Kevin Really, has set premiere dates for new seasons of hit series including Major Crimes, Rizzoli & Isles, The Last Ship, as well as new series Public Morals and the final season of Falling Skies.
Up first is Major Crimes which kicks off its fourth season on Monday June 8th at 9/8c, Just as it did last season, Murder In The First will air behind Major Crimes, launching its second season on Monday June 8th at 10/9c. Rizzoli & Isles will debut its sixth season on Tuesday June 16th at 9/8c.
New series Proof, from executive producer Kyra Sedgwick and starring The Chicago Code‘s Jennifer Beals, will premiere on Tuesday June 16th at 10/9c. Meanwhile, the other freshman drama series launching on TNT this Summer, Public Morals, will debut on Monday August 17th at 9/8c, after Major Crimes goes on hiatus.
Elsewhere, the second season of The Last Ship will launch on Sunday June 21st at 9/8c, with a two-hour premiere; while fellow Sunday night drama Falling Skies will return for its fifth and final season the following week, on Sunday June 28th at 10/9c. Finally, the sophomore run of Sean Beans Legends is slated to debut on Tuesday August 25th at 10/9c.
