Updated: The second season of ABC’s drama series Resurrection will receive its UK premiere on Watch on Thursday March 19th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Based on the novel by Jason Mott, Resurrection tells the story of Jacob, a young boy who wakes up in a rice paddy in a rural Chinese province and with the help of an ICE agent returns to his home tom of Arcadia, where he supposedly died some 30 years earlier. The series is produced by ABC Studios and stars Omar Epps, Frances Fisher, Matt Craven, Devin Kelley, Mark Hildreth, Samaire Armstrong, Sam Hazeldine, Landon Gimenez and Kurtwood Smith.
In the opening episode of the new season, titled Revelation, Bellamy awakes alone on the outskirts of Arcadia, unable to remember the past week. The show’s second season consists of 13 episodes and recently wrapped its run on ABC in the United States. Guest stars for the new season include 24: Live Another Day and Game Of Thrones alum Michelle Fairley.
