Channel 4 is going behind the scenes of Dominos Pizza.
The broadcaster has commissioned independent production company Alaska TV to produced an hour-long observational documentary that will go behind-the-scenes of the well known pizza chain, TVWise has learned.
Tentatively titled Domino’s, the one-hour effort will look at daily life at the company and will showcase a range a range of characters the company from the decision making bosses at the top to the staff at local branches. It will also tell the story of the customers, following the pizzas out of the oven and into the homes and places of work and play of those who order from Domino’s.
‘With exclusive access to over 850 shops and a 24,500 strong workforce, Domino’s promises to tell a compelling story about an extraordinarily diverse range of pizza entrepreneurs and customers across our nation’, said Channel 4‘s Head of Formats Dom Bird, who commissioned the hour-long documentary.
