The fourth season of Sky1’s original comedy series Trollied will premiere on Monday November 3rd at 8:30pm, it has been announced.
Created by Anne Marie O’Connor, Paul Doolan and Ash Atalla, Trollied is based in a budget supermarket in the North West and follows the everyday lives of the store’s staff. The comedy series is produced by Roughcut TV and stars Jason Watkins, Rita May, Carl Rice, Beverly Rudd, Lorraine Cheshire, Faye Mckeever, Victor McGuire and Dominic Coleman.
Cast additions for the show’s fourth season include Miriam Margolyes (Harry Potter) as Rose, Colin’s nan who has decided to get a job on the tills at Valco; Stephen Tompkinson (DCI Banks) as Brian, Valco’s new pharmacist who has pretentions to be a doctor, although Valco’s new pharmacy counter is the closest he’ll get; and Aisling Bea as Charlotte, the hopeless daughter and heiress of the man who owns Valco and daddy has decided that Gavin is the one to show her the ropes.
