BBC Two Sets Premiere Date For ‘Castles In The Sky’

BBC Two’s one-off drama Castles In The Sky will premiere on Thursday September 4th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Penned by Ian Kershaw, Castles In The Sky tells the previously untold remarkable story of the fight to invent RADAR by Scotsman Robert Watson Watt and a team of British scientists. The drama also conveys the genuine human drama behind the invention which saved the nation in the Battle of Britain. Castles In The Sky is being produced by Hero Film and Television & Black Camel Pictures and stars Eddie Izzard (Hannibal), Laura Fraser (Breaking Bad), Alex Jennings (The Queen), Tim McInnerny (The Devil’s Whore), David Hayman (Trial And Retribution) and Julian Rhind-Tutt (A Touch of Cloth).
