TBS' 'Men At Work' Cancelled After Three Seasons – TVWise

TBS has cancelled their original comedy Men At Work after airing three-seasons of the series.
Created by Breckin Meyer, Men at Work centers on four buddies who work together at a magazine and form a modern day band of brothers as they navigate work politics, life and love in New York City. The comedy series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and stars Danny Masterson (That 70′s Show), James Lesure (Las Vegas), Michael Cassidy (The O.C) and Adam Busch (Buffy the Vampire Slayer).
Men At Work has been awaiting a decision on its fate even since season three wrapped on March 12th. The workplace comedy had long been considered on the bubble giving its relative ratings performance. Ultimately TBS had to decide between picking up another season of either Men At Work of Cougar Town. That decision came down in the past 24 hours, with Cougar Town swinging a renewal for a sixth and final season.
The cancellation of Men At Work comes ahead of the TNT and TBS upfront presentation next week. Turner has been making key programming moves in the past week as the gear up for the event. Such moves have included picking up the Rashida Jones fronted comedy series Angie Tribeca and the barbershop comedy Buzzy’s, from Will & Grace creators David Kohan and Max Mutchnick.
