The third season of the BBC/Showtime co-production Episodes will receive its UK premiere on BBC Two on Wednesday May 14th at 10pm, it has been announced.
Episodes was created by David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik and follows Sean and Beverly Lincoln, two award winning British TV producers who move to Hollywood to adapt their comedy series, Lyman’s Boys, for US television. The comedy series is a co-production of the BBC and Showtime and stars Matt LeBlanc as a fictionalised version of himself, Stephen Mangan as Sean Lincoln, Tamsin Greig as Beverly Lincoln, John Pankow as Merc Lapidus and Kathleen Rose Perkins as Carol Rance. In the first episode of season three Matt continues to fight for custody of his children, trying to convince his ex-wife to forgive him for sleeping with his stalker. Elsewhere, Sean and Beverly get back together and Carol’s ambitions at the network are dealt a cruel blow.
