Fox's 'Gotham' Adds David Mazouz & Camren Bicondova – TVWise

Fox and Warner Bros Television have found the Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle (AKA Catwoman) for their Gotham pilot.
Based on the DC Comics characters, Gotham examines the early years of James Gordon in his years as a GCPD homicide detective, as well as the early years of Batman and the iconic villains of Gotham City.
The project, which landed at Fox with a series commitment in September 2013, is being written by The Mentalist creator Bruno Heller. Heller also EPs alongside director Danny Cannon.
Touch’s David Mazouz has been cast as the young Bruce Wayne, who, following the death of his parents, relies on the guidance and protection of Alfred Pennyworth and James Gordon. Meanwhile newcomer Camren Bicondova has been cast as Selina Kyle, a teenage orphan who is suspicious and wholly unpredictable.
Mazouz and Bicondova join a large cast which is being toplined by Southland star Ben McKenzie. Donal Logue (Sons of Anarchy), Sean Pertwee (Jo), Robin Lord Taylor (The Walking Dead), Zabryna Guevara (Burn Notice), Erin Richards (Being Human), Zabryna Guevara (Burn Notice), and Jada Pinkett Smith (Hawthorne) also star.
