Law & Order alum Benjamin Bratt is the latest actor to board Fox upcoming 12 episode event series 24: Live Another Day, TVWise has learned.
The veteran actor, whose other credits include E-Ring, Private Practice and Modern Family, has been cast as Steve Harris, the head of CIA operations tracking Jack Bauer in London. He commands a team consisting of CIA agent Kate Morgan (Yvonne Strahovski), who is both resourceful and driven; Jordan Reed (Giles Matthey), a smart and sophisticated CIA computer tech; and Erik Ritter (Gbenga Akinnagbe), a sharp, strong and arrogant field operative.
Penned by Howard Gordon & David Fury, 24: Live Another Day will be set and shot in London and will once again follow the exploits of heroic agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) as he attempts to thwart an unthinkable terrorist attack that could change the world forever. The limited event series, which Fox said could be followed by additional such entries in the coming years, is being produced by 20th Century Fox Television, Imagine Entertainment & Teakwood Lane Productions and stars Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Kim Raver, William Devane, Giles Matthey, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Michael Wincott, Judy Davis and Yvonne Strahovski.
