Sony Entertainment Television Picks Up UK Rights To 'Hot In Cleveland' Season 4, Sets Premiere For September 8th – TVWise

Sony Entertainment Television, as part of the deal they inked to acquire the series in August 2012, has picked up the exclusive first run UK broadcast rights to the fourth season of TV Land’s comedy series Hot In Cleveland. The show’s fourth season is set to premiere on Sunday September 8th at 5pm, with a double-bill.
Created by Suzanne Martin, Hot In Cleveland revolves around three best friends from the LA entertainment industry whose lives are changed forever when their plane, which was headed for Paris, unexpectedly lands in Cleveland. Finding themselves in this new promised land and loving their new home, the women find themselves living under one roof and battling the sassy caretaker of the property they have rented. The series stars Betty White as Elka Ostrovsky, Jane Leeves as Joy Scroggs, Wendie Malick as Victoria Chase and Valerie Bertinelli as Melanie Hope Moretti. In the opening episode of the show’s fourth season, titled That Changes Everything, a baby unexpectedly enters the ladies’ lives, while an unhinged super-vixen offers Melanie a great job and Elka gets the ‘upper hand’ with her boyfriend Pierre.
