The fourth season of NBC’s comedy series Community will receive its UK premiere on Sony Entertainment Television on Friday July 19th at 11pm, it has been announced.
Created by Dan Harmon, Community follows the exploits of a group of students at the Greendale Community College. At the heart of the group is Jeff Winger, a fast-talking lawyer whose blossoming career nosedives when his degree is revoked. With some help from his fellow classmates, Winger forms a study group, an unlikely crew who eventually learn a lot more about themselves than they ever will their course work. The series stars Joel McHale, Chevy Chase, Gillian Jacobs, Yvette Nicole Brown, Danny Pudi, Alison Brie, Donald Glover and Ken Jeong. In the opening episode of the show’s fourth season, titled History 101, the first day of senior year sees Jeff revealing some news that threatens to tear apart the study group. Meanwhile, Dean Pelton holds an elaborate competition dubbed “The Hunger Deans.”
