The fifth and final season of NBC’s drama series Friday Night Lights will receive its UK premere on Sky Atlantic on Tuesday May 14th at 8pm, it has been announced.
Created by Peter Berg, Friday Night Lights follows the daily live of the members of a high school football team and their coach Eric Taylor. The drama series stars Kyle Chandler, Connie Britton, Gaius Charles, Zach Gilford, Minka Kelly, Adrianne Palicki, Taylor Kitsch, Jesse Plemons, Scott Porter, Aimee Teegarden, Michael B. Jordan, Matt Lauria, Jurnee Smollett, Madison Burge and Grey Damon. In the opening episode of season five, titled Expectations, Julie and Landry prepare for a new life in college, while Tami makes the move to East Dillon High.
