NBC has unveiled its midseason schedule and revealed premiere dates for Community, Smash, Deception (formerly known as Infamous) and 1600 Penn. Kicking things off is the new season of The Biggest Loser which is set to premiere on Sunday January 6th; freshman series Deception will premiere on January 7th at 10/9c, assuming Revolution’s time-slot, which will go on a four month hiatus; Community is poised to return to the schedule in its traditional Thursday night 8pm time-slot from February 7th; Parks and Recreation will move to the 8:30pm time-slot on Thursday nights as of January 10th; the sophomore season of Smash will premiere on Tuesday February 5 at 10/9c; while freshman comedy series 1600 Penn launched on Thursday January 10 at 9:30/8:30c.
