Hot In Cleveland will return to Sky Living to finish airing its 22 episode second season, TVWise has learned. I’m being told that the remaining 12 episodes of season 2 will return to the channel in May, although that is not set in stone and may be subject to change. Sky Living previously aired the first ten episodes of the show’s second season between April and June 2011.
Hot In Cleveland was created by Suzanne Martin and revolves around three best friends from the LA entertainment industry whose lives are changed forever when their plane, which was headed for Paris, unexpectedly lands in Cleveland. Finding themselves in this new promised land and loving their new home, the women find themselves living under one roof and battling the sassy caretaker of the property they have rented. The series stars Betty White as Elka Ostrovsky, Jane Leeves as Rejoyla “Joy” Scroggs, Wendie Malick as Victoria Chase and Valerie Bertinelli as Melanie Hope Moretti.
The series is currently airing its third season in the United States and is one of TV Land’s highest rated comedy series. Hot In Cleveland has already been renewed for a fourth season and has spawned a spin-off titled Have Faith, which is set to premiere on TV Land this summer. TVWise will bring you the return date for the second season of Hot In Cleveland just as soon as it is announced by Sky Living.
