E4 does have the UK broadcast rights to the second season of TNT’s legal dramedy series Franklin & Bash, TVWise has confirmed. I’m being told that the show’s second season will likely receive its UK premiere in the autumn, though that is not set in stone and may be subject to change.
Franklin & Bash was created by Kevin Falls and Bill Chais and follows the exploits of Jared Franklin and Peter Bash, two street wise lawyers who, after defeating the well known law firm of Infeld & Daniels, are recruited to work at the firm to boost their litigation department. The series stars Breckin Meyer as Jared Franklin, Mark-Paul Gosselaar as Peter Bash, Malcolm McDowell as Stanton Infeld, Reed Diamond as Damien Karp, Kumail Nanjiani as Pindar Singh, Dana Davis as Carmen Phillips and Garcelle Beauvais as Hanna Linden.
The series premiered on TNT in the United States on June 1st, 2011 and was renewed for a second season after the show’s ten episode first season drew in a respectable average audience of 2.6 million total viewers and a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic in live+same day. The show’s second season is due to premiere on TNT on Tuesday June 5th at 10/9c.
TVWise will bring you the UK Premiere Date for the second season of Franklin & Bash just as soon as it is announced by E4.
