TNT has picked up their hit drama series Major Crimes for a sixth season, TVWise has learned. Just as they did last year, the network has placed an initial order of 13 episodes for season six, with the expectation that the order will be increased at a later date, just as they have done for the previous four seasons.

Major Crimes has booked Keegan Allen for a guest role. The Pretty Little Liars star will appear in the season five finale as Aiden Reed, a handsome and successful young restaurateur with the means, money, and determination to separate Rusty from Gus.

TNT is doubling-down on The Last Ship.
Mere months after renewing the Sunday night genre series for a fourth season, the network has extended that renewal and also ordered a fifth season. After previously announcing that season four would consist of 13 episodes, TNT has revised the episode order and confirmed that both seasons four and five will be ten episodes long.
