The third season of The CW’s superhero drama series The Flash will receive its UK premiere on Sky1 on Tuesday October 25th at 8pm, it has been announced.
The Flash follows Barry Allen, a scientist who, through a freak accident, is given the power of super speed that transforms him into the Fastest Man Alive. The drama series is produced by Warner Bros. Television and stars Grant Gustin, Rick Cosnett, Danielle Panabaker, Jesse L. Martin, Candice Patton, Tom Cavanagh, Carlos Valdes, Keiynan Lonsdale and Tom Felton.
In the opening episode of the show’s third season, titled Flashpoint, Barry is living his dream life – his parents are alive, he’s asked Iris West on a date and he can finally be a normal guy as Central City has another speedster, Kid Flash, running around saving the city. When Barry starts forgetting parts of his old life, the Reverse Flash taunts his nemesis and tells him that there will be serious repercussions for Barry if he continues to live in this alternate universe. In addition to losing his memories, his powers will also start to fade. When disaster strikes, Barry must decide if he wants to continue to live in this world as Barry Allen or return to his universe as The Flash.
