Fox’s The Exorcist will receive its UK premiere on Syfy UK on Wednesday October 19th at 9pm, it has been announced.
The Exorcist is set 40 years after the film and is described as propulsive psychological thriller that follows two very different priests, Father Tomas Ortega (Alfonso Herrera) and Father Marcus Keane (Ben Daniels), tackling one family’s case of horrifying demonic possession. Geena Davis (Commander In Chief), Alan Ruck (Spin City), Brianne Howey (Scream Queens), Hannah Kasulka (The Fosters) and Kurt Egyiawan (Skyfall) also star.

The executive producers are Jeremy Slater, Rolin Jones, Rupert Wyatt, Roy Lee, James Robinson, David Robinson and Barbara Wall. Wyatt also directed the pilot.
