The third season of Crossing Lines will receive its UK premiere on UKTV’s Alibi channel on Thursday October 13th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Created and developed by Edward Allen Bernero and Rola Bauer, Crossing Lines is set in exotic locations and taps into the charter of the International Criminal Court to investigate serialized cross-border crimes and to hunt down global criminals.
The series originally followed former William Fichtner as NYPD Detective Carl Hickman and his colleagues at the Hague, however the show’s third season is poised to be one of change as Fichtner and a number of cast members exited the series at the end of last season.
This season picks up six months after the season two finale, in which Major Louis Daniel was shot and killed. Michel Dorn has to bring the team back together, with a number of new additions, after one of his prosecutors goes missing. Joining the cast this season is Goran Visnjic (ER, Extant), Elizabeth Mitchell (Revolution, Once Upon A Time), Stuart Martin (Babylon, A Song For Jenny) and Naomi Battrick (Some Girls, Stonemouth); while returning cast members include Donald Sutherland, Lara Rossi and Tom Wlaschiha.
