The fourth season of Canadian drama series Saving Hope will receive its UK premiere on Sony Channel on Tuesday August 30th at 9pm, it has been announced.
Saving Hope picks up shortly after Charlie Harris, the Chief of Surgery of Toronto’s Hope-Zion Hospital, ends up in a coma. The comatose Dr. Harris explores the hospital halls in “spirit” form, not sure if he’s a ghost or a figment of his own imagination while Alex Reid and her fellow doctors press on to save his life and those of their other patients. The drama series stars Erica Durance, Michael Shanks, Huse Madhavji, Julia Taylor-Ross and Kristopher Turner.
In the show’s fourth season, picks up 11 months after the third season finale and follows the Hope Zion Hospital staff as they continue to deal with the aftermath of the death of one of their colleagues. Alex is back at work following her maternity leave as she works to balance motherhood and a busy OR, while Dr. Charlie Harris continues to be haunted by his ghost-seeing abilities and the question of whether or not he is baby Luke’s biological father.
