FX is the latest network to unveil their Winter schedule.
The cable network today announced premiere dates for the final season of Justified, the third season of The Americans and the sixth season of animated spy comedy Archer; while sister network FXX confirmed launch dates for the latest season of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia and new comedy Man Seeking Woman.
Up first is the sixth season of animated comedy Archer, which kicks off on Thursday January 8th at 10/9c. The new run of episodes see the show drop the ISIS initalism as the team begins to work directly for the Central Intelligence Agency. A day earlier, on Wednesday January 7th, American Horror Story returns for the final 3 episodes of its fourth season.
Raylan Givens and the Kentucky office of the US Marshals Service return to the network on Tuesday January 20th at 10/9c with its sixth and final season. While the third season of Cold War espionage drama The Americans – which see Frank Langella joining the cast – debuts the following week on Wednesday January 28th at 10/9c.
Over on comedy focused FXX, the tenth season of It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia premieres on Wednesday January 14th at 10/9c, leading into new comedy Man Seeking Woman on the same night at 10:30/9:30c. Man Seeking Woman, starring Jay Baruchel, tells the story of Josh Greenberg as he soldiers through one-night stands, painful break-ups, a blind date with a troll, time travel, sex aliens, many deaths and a Japanese penis monster named Tanaka on his fantastical journey to find love.
