HBO’s entire Sunday night line-up enjoyed strong ratings last night, with both Game of Thrones and Veep reaching new season highs, while Silicon Valley and Last Week Tonight With John Oliver pulled in decent numbers.
Game Of Thrones, which has already been renewed for a further two seasons, pulled in 7.2 million viewers at 9pm, with encores of the episode raising the total viewership for the night to 8.5 million viewers.
