CBS Reality has acquired the exclusive fist run UK broadcast rights to the second season of Dog And Beth: On The Hunt from international distributor Electus.

Dog And Beth: On The Hunt follows Dog, Beth, Leland and Dakota as they crisscross the country to train fellow bondsmen and help track down some of America’s most dangerous criminals. With their trademark candor and strong belief in second chances, the Chapmans motivate and inspire both the local bondsmen and the fugitives that the Chapmans capture along the way.

The acquisition of the show’s second season, which CBS Reality said would debut this September, comes after the successful launch of season one in October 2013. The show’s first season averaged around 110K viewers per episode and had reached a total audience of 2.5 million viewers by the end of 2013.

“We are delighted to be continuing exclusively with the second season of Dog and Beth: On the Hunt on CBS Reality”, said Sam Rowden, Director of Programming for CBS Reality. “The channel is home to the good, the bad and the extraordinary and Dog and Beth are most certainly extraordinary.”
