Rose McIver has been tapped to play the lead in The CW’s drama pilot iZombie, which hails from Veronica Mars creator Rob Thomas.

The script was written by Diane Ruggiero and Rob Thomas, who is also directing. The executive producers are Diane Ruggiero, Rob Thomas, Danielle Stokdyk and Dan Etheridge.
