BBC One Orders Saturday Night Entertainment Series Fronted By Rob Brydon

Rob BrydonRob Brydon is to front a new Saturday night entertainment series titled The Guess List for BBC One, TVWise has learned.

The series, which has received an order for six episodes, sees two contestants compete for a prize which has been specially selected for them. Assisting the contestants are a panel of five celebrities from the worlds of sport, music, TV or film. And along the way, Rob ensures that
those famous faces take on one or two unexpected questions of their own. The Guess List is produced by ITV Studios’ 12 Yard Productions with Michael Mannes, Paul McGettigan, Rhys John and Alan Tyler serving as executive producers.

“More Rob on BBC One can only be a good thing”, said Charlotte Moore, Controller of BBC One. “It’s a really funny show and an exciting addition to Saturday nights.”

While Rob Brydon added: “I loved making the pilot for The Guess List and can’t wait to get started on the first series.”
