Netflix UK & Turner Ink Deal For Cartoon Network Series

Netflix UK & Irleand and Turner Broadcasting have inked a deal which will see a number of Cartoon Network’s original series made available on the streaming serving for the first time, TVWise has learned.

Said deal between Netflix UK & TBS – which comes at a time when the streaming service is preparing to launch their first ever original kids series Turbo FAST on December 24th – covers such series as Powerpuff Girls, LazyTown, Samurai Jack and Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends. The first two seasons of Powerpuff Girls, the first season of LazyTown, seasons one and two of Courage The Cowardly Dog, seasons one and two of Regular Show, the first season of Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends and the first two seasons of Samurai Jack are now available to stream for members of Netflix UK & Ireland. The first two seasons of Adventure Time will be available to stream as of December 15th, with the third season of Powerpuff Girls following on December 31st.
