Ratings: ‘The Paradise’ Bounces Back With 4.7 Million Viewers

After suffering a slight dip in the ratings last week, The Paradise bounced back with the third episode of its second season; averaging an audience of 4.7 million viewers and a 18% share.

With those figures, The Paradise registered week-to-week gains of around 100K viewers or 2% on the 4.6 million viewers who watched episode two. Season to date, the second season of The Paradise has been averaging an overnight audience of 4.8 million viewers, down slightly on the season one average of 4.9 million viewers.

Elsewhere at 8pm on Sunday night, Africa 2013: Countdown To The Rains on BBC Two pulled in an average audience of 1.8 million viewers and a 7% share; ITV’s The X Factor averaged 8.7 million viewers and a 33% share, down from last week’s 9.1 million viewers/35% share; while over on Channel 4 the final episode of Bigfoot Files pulled in an average audience of 1.5 million viewers and a 6% share, down 100K from last week’s 1.5 million viewers.
