The recently cancelled NBC series Up All Night is returning to UK screens. ITV2 has announced that the series will return to its schedule with new episodes as of Friday August 2nd at 9:35am (no, that’s not a typo – AM), with a double-bill.

Created by Emily Spivey, Up All Night tells the story of Reagan Brinkley, a producer on a daytime talk show who has to juggle between her career as a producer and being a new mother, with the help of her stay at home husband. The series is produced by Broadway Video & Universal Television and stars Christina Applegate as Reagan Brinkley, Will Arnett as Chris Brinkley and Maya Rudolph as Ava. The series returns with its seventh episode, titled Parents, in which Reagan’s parents pay a visit while Ava pretends to mourn a deceased colleague.
