EXCLUSIVE: ITV has added another three cast members to its upcoming six episode comedy series Pat and Cabbage (formerly known as Cabbage and Pat, and later Cabbage and Me). I’ve just learned that Peter Davison (Law & Order: UK), Rosie Cavaliero (A Young Doctor’s Notebook) and Tom Turner have all been cast in the comedy as series regulars.

Created by Amy Shindler and Beth Chalmers, Pat and Cabbage follows two women: Pat, a recent widower; and Cabbage, who just recently divorced her husband. These two friends finds themselves suddenly single in their 60s and together find a new lust for life. The comedy series is being produced by Red Production Company. Richard Webb is serving as the producer, with Red’s Nicola Shindler executive producing. The Syndicate helmer Syd Macartney is directing the skein. ITV has yet to announce any cast members for the six episode series, however, TVWise previously broke the news that the comedy will star veteran actresses Cherie Lunghi (Secret Diary Of A Call Girl) as Cabbage and Barbara Flynn (Cranford) as Pat, with Diane Morgan (Him & Her) and Marcus Garvey also set to appear as series regulars.
