Channel 5 Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Once Upon A Time’ Season 2

The second season of ABC’s drama series Once Upon A Time will receive its UK premiere on Channel 5 on Sunday April 7th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Created by Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz, Once Upon A Time revolves around Emma Swan, a bail bonds person who has been fending for herself since she was abandoned as a baby. Everything changes for Emma when Henry, the son she gave up a decade ago, finds her. Now 10 years old, Henry needs his mothers help, he believes that she comes from an alternate world and is in fact the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming. According to his book of fairy tales, they sent her away to protect her from the Evil Queen’s curse, which trapped the characters of the fairytale world forever, frozen in time, and brought them into our modern world. The epic battle for the future of all worlds is about to begin. For good to win, Emma will have to accept her destiny and fight like hell. The drama series stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Jennifer Morrison, Lana Parrilla, Josh Dallas, Eion Bailey, Jared Gilmore, Raphael Sbarge, Jamie Dornan and Robert Carlyle. In the opening episode of the show’s second season, titled Broken, fairy tale characters awaken from Queen Regina’s curse but they are not transported back to their home. Meanwhile Prince Phillip and his traveling companion realize they will be facing a deadly foe.
