The thirteenth season of CBS’ drama series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will receive its UK premiere on Channel 5 on Tuesday February 26th at 9pm, it has been announced.

Created by Anthony Zuiker, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation follows the exploits of a group of crime scene investigators working for the Las Vegas police department. The drama series is produced by CBS Television Studios and stars Ted Danson, Elisabeth Shue, George Eads, Jorja Fox, Paul Guilfoyle, Eric Szmanda, Robert David Hall, Wallace Langham, David Berman, Elisabeth Harnois and Jon Wellner. In the first episode of the show’s thirteenth season, titled Karma To Burn, D.B. Russell’s granddaughter Kaitlyn has been kidnapped by someone working for the incarcerated former under-Sheriff Jeffrey McKeen. Finlay is being tailed by a dirty detective, and Morgan’s father Ecklie has been shot. Distraught, Russell wants nothing more than to confront McKeen in prison, but he and Sara opt to work the crime scene where she was taken instead, hoping it will lead them to Kaitlyn.
