Sky1 Sets UK Premiere Date For ‘Glee’ Season 4

The fourth season of Fox’s musical dramedy series Glee will receive its UK premiere on Sky1 on Sunday January 6th at 8pm, it has been announced.

Created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk and Ian Brennan, Glee is a musical dramedy series about a group of ambitious and talented kids who escape the harsh realities of high school by joining a glee club where they find strength, acceptance and, ultimately, their voice. The series is produced by 20th Century Fox Television and stars Matthew Morrison, Jayma Mays, Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Chris Colfer, Amber Riley, Kevin McHale, Jenna Ushkowitz, Harry Shum, Darren Criss, Mark Salling, Dianna Agron, Chord Overstreet, Heather Morris, Naya Rivera and Jane Lynch. Joining the cast for season four is Dean Geyer, Melissa Benoist, Jacob Artist and Becca Tobin, with Sarah Jessica Parker and Kate Hudson also set to appear in guest roles. In the show’s 22 episode fourth season, the members of New Directions compete amongst themselves to be the “new Rachel” and hold open auditions to find a fresh crop of students. Meanwhile, the graduating class leaves the comforts of McKinley for the real world where Rachel struggles to please her demanding NYADA teacher and Kurt second-guesses his decision to stay in Lima.
