Comedy Central Sets UK Return Date For ‘The Office’ Season 7

The seventh season of NBC’s comedy series The Office will return to Comedy Central to finish airing its 26 episode seventh season on Wedneday October 17th at 10pm, it has been announced.

The Office is based on the British series of the same name created by Ricky Gervais and follows the day-to-day lives of the employees of the Scranton branch of the Dunder Mifflin paper company. The series stars Steve Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski, Jenna Fischer, B. J. Novak, Leslie David Baker, Brian Baumgartner, Kate Flannery, Angela Kinsey, Oscar Nunez, Phyllis Smith, Ed Helms, Mindy Kaling, Paul Lieberstein, Creed Bratton, Craig Robinson, Ellie Kemper, Zach Woods and Amy Ryan. The seventh season is the last to feature Steve Carell as Dunder Mifflin boss Michael Scott.

The second half of the show’s seventh season returns with the episode Ultimatum, in which Michael (Steve Carell) prepares himself for the good or bad news about Holly (Amy Ryan) and her boyfriend. In an effort to be an “awesome” office manager, Pam (Jenna Fischer) decides to put up a resolution board for everyone to post their New Year’s resolutions. Meanwhile, Andy (Ed Helms), Dwight (Rainn Wilson), and Darryl (Craig Robinson) set out to meet women during their lunch break.
