NBC Picks Up ‘Do No Harm’ & ‘Infamous’ To Series

NBC has picked up drama pilots Do No Harm and Infamous to series. These are the latest series pickups for the network, who will present their schedule to advertisers at their upfront presentation on Monday.

Do No Harm, which hails from writer David Schulner and Universal Television, revolves around a brilliant neurosurgeon who wrestles with his dangerous alter ego that threatens to wreak havoc on his personal and professional life. The cast includes Steven Pasquale, Phylicia Rashad, Alana De La Garza, Mousa Kraish, Michael Esper and Ruta Gedmintas.

Infamous (previously known as Notorious) was created by Liz Heldens and has been described as “an opulent soap” in which a female detective returns to the wealthy family in which she grew up to solve the murder of the notorious heiress who was once her closest friend. The drama series stars Victor Garber, Meagan Good, Tate Donovan, Neil Jackson and Katherine LaNasa. Universal Television and BermanBraun Productions are producing, with Heldens, Gail Berman, Lloyd Braun, Gene Stein and Peter Horton serving as executive producers.

Do No Harm and Notorious will be joined on the network, next season, by new series Chicago Fire, Hannibal, Revolution, Save Me, Go On, Animal Practice, 1600 Penn, The New Normal and Guys With Kids.
