The often candid creator of FX’s hit series Sons Of Anarchy, Kurt Sutter, has revealed on his twitter account that he has signed a three year overall deal with 20th Century Fox Television and FX Productions, which will see him develop new series for both broadcast and cable. In the tweet Sutter said: “Closed my deal for 3 more years on SOA. no headlines, no pushed schedule… thank you FX and 20th for your generosity.” That tweet has since been deleted. The deal included a sixth season renewal for his series Sons Of Anarchy with a strong possibility for a seventh season, which Sutter has indicated would be the show’s final season. This comes mere months after FX renewed the biker series for a fifth season which is expected to air in the fall.
